We are excited to share the latest version of our one-of-a-kind in-line quality control solution!
The system offers full spherical single-shot scans to detect dimensional deviations, volumetric defects, and other common 3D printing surface defects, with an average takt-time of 5 seconds, allowing for up to 720 products to be scanned and assessed per hour.
AM-QUALITY operates with an accuracy of 50 μm and utilizes 8 high-speed 3D laser line profile CMMs to create detailed 3D scans of the product. These scans are then compared to the nominal digital-source-file (e.g., STL, STEP, CAD, etc.) to perform accurate assessments.
