AM-Flow helps Industry 4.0 orientated Additive Manufacturing environments with the automation and optimization of their post print production processes. We do this by combining intelligent hardware, ICT solutions, consultancy and training so that we can offer the best support to our customers.
It is important to us that you can trust us to handle your personal data with care. That is why we have invested in well-functioning and secure information systems and a clear privacy statement.
In this privacy statement we explain, among other things, how we process your personal data and what rights you have when it comes to the processing of your personal data.

AM-Flow is located in Amsterdam, Kattenburgerstraat 5, Marineterrein Gebouw 003-H, 1018 YES and is the main responsible for the processing of your personal data (the controller, within the meaning of the GDPR). When you visit our website, we collect personal data, such as the IP address, through the use of cookies. Why do we collect your personal data?
Performance of the contract, relationship management
We collect and process your data for the purpose of entering into, and the performance of, contracts, for example to be able to advise on setting up an Additive Manufacturing production environment, to purchase or lease products from AM-Flow’s portfolio, to supply products and to be able to process your payment. We also process any data that would enable us to maintain our business relationship. In our customer database, we keep track of our customers. In order to be able to offer the best service to our customers, we also store relevant personal data of the contact person in our customer database. We process this data in order to be able to contact you. In addition, we use this information to inform you about the latest product and software updates of the products and services you use from us.
Applying for a job opening
Would you like to become part of our team? We invite you to reply to our job openings or submit an open application. We ask you to provide the necessary information, such as your name and address, email address, curriculum vitae, information about your education, internships and work experience, a cover letter, and any other information that could be relevant to the assessment of your suitability as a candidate (for example, a reference or attestation). We rely on the legal basis of our legitimate interest to be able to carry out an application procedure, for the processing of your personal data.
Candidate screening can be part of the application procedure. This means that we can look up publicly accessible information about you and check references and your resume. We have a legitimate interest to carry out the screening, because we would like to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for the position.
Mailings, marketing activities
We may process personal data, like your contact details, to perform our (online) marketing activities, such as:
- sending out newsletters and invitations;
- providing you with information about trainings, events or Webinars;
- providing you with information about our product or service.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent or, under certain circumstances, our legitimate interest to conduct direct marketing activities.
Analysing and optimizing the website
When you visit our website, we collect information about the type of device, browser and how you use our website or applications. This information helps us to improve the website or applications.
We process the data:

You can contact us or ask us a question by using the contact form available on our website. We process your (company)name, email address, telephone number and any personal data included in the message, so we can respond to your question or request.

How do we protect your data?
We do everything we can to protect your personal data in the best possible way. That’s why we have an information security policy. We have implemented numerous organizational and technical measures, taking into account the state of the art, to protect your data from unauthorized use. These measures are evaluated on a regular basis, and updated when necessary.
If and insofar as data is provided to third parties who process that data on behalf of AM-Flow, AM-Flow has ensured that those parties will also handle your data in the most secure manner.
Please note that you are responsible for the security of your computer equipment and/or telephone and your own internet connection and that these are never 100% secure. The transmission of personal data over the internet is therefore at your own risk.
Do we share your information with third parties?
We will share your information with a number of parties where permitted by law. We may share personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, you have given your consent, we have a legitimate interest or the law obliges us to do so (for example, because we are obliged to provide data to the tax authorities under the Dutch “Algemene wet inzake Rijksbelastingen”).

You should be aware of the fact that your personal data may be transferred or stored outside of Europe. We will only do this if there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of your data. For example, a model clause agreement.
Update on declaring the EU-US Privacy Shield invalid: we are familiar with the ruling of the European Court of Justice (Schrems II). We use several US service providers, and are currently looking into the implications of the ruling in this respect. In addition, reporting on this is, of course, being closely monitored.
