Job opening: Product Manager

AM-Flow automates 3D-Printing factories. As an ambitious scale-up in a fast-changing market, we’ll always have more ideas than there’s time in the day.

As Product Manager, you will be in charge of the pipeline of new feature development, to improve customer satisfaction and maximize company growth, alongside the Director of Product.

You listen to our customers, prospects, teammates and industry experts, to identify improvements and new functionalities for AM-FLOW’s portfolio. You own and prioritize the resulting development pipeline.

Furthermore, you scope and specify the development work and evaluate solution concepts. During development, you support our internal and external expert teams in detailed engineering. And you’re only done when the customers are satisfied with our solutions.

• A problem solver and inventor:
  • a smart process thinker with a good abstraction level, 
  • thinking out of the box, keeping it simple,
  • tech-savvy, go-getter, self-starter, owner,
  • understanding manufacturing – ideally high-mix-high-volume operations

• An organizer and communicator:
  • listening, making hard things simple
  • prioritizing, building consensus,
  • speaking the languages of hardware and software
  • communicating with the operator and the CEO

• In possession of a relevant (technical) university degree
• 1 to 3 years of working experience
• Enjoying the dynamics of a growing organization
• Allowed to work in the European Union

• As a scale-up, we’re a close team. You’ll have direct access to all experts including the management team, without politics and bureaucracy. If you can handle more responsibilities, the opportunities for on-the-job learning are limitless.

• You work from high-tech hubs Brainport Industry Campus (Eindhoven) and Marineterrein (Amsterdam) – or occasionally another high-tech hub of your choice…
