The next step in real digital manufacturing
After our introduction of AM-Vision in 2018 at Formnext, last year in the edition of 2019 we showcased a real life working environment, showing post processing steps such as pick & placing, identification and sorting of 3D printed parts.
Our team of AM-Experts explained the benefits and importance of implementing these solutions to the factory floor: for AM to become really competitive cost per print and lead times need to be reduced, and an automated end-to-end AM production line can contribute directly to lowering costs and lead times. It became clear that all this interest indicates that the market is moving towards adopting AM as a serious manufacturing technology
